RATES

Rates which are published at perutravelling.com are indicated in US dollars and in all cases include taxes, services for foreigners or non-residents in Peru.
Rates which are placed in perutravelling.com about the hotels, with which the company works, are per room and per night.
Rates which are placed in perutravelling.com on the tours are indicated per person, unless the executive specify you a different option.
Shipments, plan meals, gratuities or other services are included in the prices offered by perutravelling.com if it is that previously specified; otherwise these services shall be subject to be paid at the time in which they are represented. Prices of hotels and tours appearing on perutravelling.com are subject to change without notice.

HOTELS
RESERVES, GUARANTEES AND PREPAYMENTS

Reservations require a delivery time of 3 business days prior to the time the services are provided.
perutravelling.com does not apply any Commission for confirmation and / or payment or bank transfer or charge to the credit card.
You have us to inform what the hotel of your choice and we will verify availability; if this hotel did not have space available, we offer you an alternative of equal category and similar fare, always within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If you want to make the reservation through perutravelling.com, you must send an email confirming their willingness, and our Executive will give you the details for the payment of guarantee, to be performed, as soon as possible to avoid losing the space of the hotel.
Once we receive the payment guarantee, we'll take care of the respective reserve and once we have confirmed in writing by the hotel, we will send you the confirmation to your email with the details of the reservation and the code of the same.
Once sent the confirmation of reservation and prior to the date of your trip, we will confirm the date payment difference if I had to do it (in case remains an outstanding balance), no payment will be to cancel the booking and there will be no refund of money.
perutravelling.com accepts payment by bank transfer, in this case the cost of cabling and the transfer must be assumed by passengers.
The charges of reservations are made in the United States. U.S. American dollars.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation or reduction of rooms after reconfirmation will be subject to the policies of the hotels or tour operators (which will be formally sent by e-mail). They may apply a charge of one night per room, more 19% of sales taxes in Peru.
It may also not be reimbursed or compensated by the cancellation according to the status of the reserve.
In any case of cancellation, perutravelling.com will be charged 20 dollars for administrative costs for each room canceled.
In the event that the passenger did not notify their Executive of any change or cancellation and does not show up, there will be no refund or compensation for the services.
Some hotels or hotel chains (Inkaterra, Libertador, Casa Andina and Orient Express hotels) or tour operators have more stringent policies of cancellation. Therefore, these providers reserve the right to impose penalties different from reservations.

MODIFICATIONS AND REDUCTIONS

After that the passenger receives the confirmation by email, the modifications and/or reductions are subject to availability and cancellation policies.
No refunds for portions, nights or exits early.


Note
At the time of registration at the hotel, aliens and non-residents in the country, with less than 60 consecutive days in Peru must submit original passport and the Andean Migration Card - TAM (the airline personnel on board the aircraft will deliver) in order to avoid the payment of sales taxes in Peru in hotel services. 19% sales tax of Peru hotel services are applied to Peruvian residents or foreigners with more than 60 consecutive days in Peru.
If a foreigner or not resident in Peru decides to share his room with a Peruvian resident, you must pay the room rate plus 19% tax.

TOURS

The itineraries that perutravelling.com offers, be planned very carefully, for operational reasons, however it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or the specified path, and while such chaos are rare, generally only itinerary must take as a guide.

PENALTIES AND REFUNDS

All cancelled bookings are subject to the following reimbursement percentages:

PLANE TICKETS

The fares are subject to change without notice until they have been issued. Prices include costs for payment by credit card. Schedules are subject to change by airlines until the day of your flight.
Once issued tickets, are not refundable, not endorsable. The name, path, or date changes are not allowed.
Lost tickets are non-refundable, and are subject to the limitations of the airlines, fines and/or specific terms of the contract fee.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

Illness or disability
Passengers who suffer from any illness or disability, or receive specific medication for some special physical or medical condition must declare this situation at the time of the reserve.
