Tour to Arequipa

DAY 1: LIMA - AREQUIPA

Arrival in Arequipa, reception at the airport and transfer to a selected Hotel.

DAY 2: AREQUIPA - CITY TOUR

Arequipa known as the "White City", is located in the southern part of Peru in an approximate elevation of 2360 metres above sea level.

Tour Arequipa

We will take a tour guided through the city of Arequipa, visit the Plaza de Armas, one of the most beautiful of Peru, the Cathedral of Arequipa, the Company, the Church of San Francisco and Santa Catalina convent built in the 16th century that was completely closed to visitors for nearly 400 years, this magnificent convent has been the scene of many events and religious and historical adventures. Its medieval streets, named many of the old Spanish streets, lead to secret passages with cells of many varieties and sizes. For centuries, religious mothers lived her life completely isolated from the rest of the world.

Return to the hotel in Arequipa.
